Guest Chef Serves Up Bannock in the Canteen

Cooking Mrs. Laura Brandon shared her expertise in bannock making with Savannah Burns in Uncle Carl's kitchen. She has developed her authentic recipe from years of preparing and gratefully shared it with us. Like all great cooks, she does not have a written recipe, but learned her technique from her grandma and aunt. The recipe will be used to make bannock for the breakfast program daily and for other special occasions. Thank you, Mrs. Brandon!
