On Wednesday, March 14 the Winnipeg Blue Bombers sent Thomas Miles, a linebacker for the team, to ECI to do a presentation called "Break the Silence on Violence Against Women". Thomas spoke to our Grade 9-12 students and shared stories and videos about ways to help protect and become allies for women. Thomas stayed to talk and meet our Grade 7 & 8 students as well.
