ECI Cross-Country Track Team - Small but Mighty
On a warm October day, three ECI runners headed to the Cross-Country Zones Race, just outside of Neepawa.
Greta Myers, Grade 9, ran the 3 km Junior Varsity race in just under 15 minutes, and claimed first place! Hudson
Boyd, another Junior Varsity runner, ran the 4 km race with the biggest group of the day where he finished middle of the pack. Jacob Wilman, approached the race with a steady resolve in the 5km Senior Varsity race, and was pleasantly surprised when he placed third!
